10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Malim AI Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
